Designer: Esther Chen SmallRig Drop-In Baseplate (Manfrotto) Kit 2039 This kit consists of a Heavy Duty Drop-In Baseplate 2006, a Mounting Cheese Plate 1598, a support plate and 15mm Dual Rod Clamp. It is designed to provide quick release and firm lock on tripods for camcorders including RED DSMC2, and heavy DSLR cameras. Key Features 1.Baseplate 2006 is controlled by a locking lever, which can lock the camera on baseplate, and be locked by another smaller buckle. There are 2 bolt stoppers inside the baseplate. It is easy to mount the camera on this baseplate and then tripod, but it takes at least 2 steps to release to prevent accidental dropping. 2.Compatible with Manfrotto style quick release plates. Compatible with most camera cages. Bottom side of the support plate is patterned with standard threaded holes to fit different quick release plates and tripods. 3.Adjustable rod height to fit different lenses. Works for the default 15mm LWS with 85mm rod height.
